I have been fixing some slcakware/wary libs compatibility issues, mostly of them warnings in compile-time (due to the difference of versions between slack and wary) so far i have recompiled:
zlib (same version)
binutils (downgraded to stable realease)
gcc (upgraded to 4.5.3 [testing])
glibc (upgraded to 2.14 [testing])
kernel (upgraded to 2.6.35.7 > testing 2.6.37.6)
That's all.
Samedog.

Frankenpup-0.2.1337 is comming!!
Hello special and truly loved people, short story: i made some upgrades and will release another version, this one features a new kernel (2.6.35.7) and python got removed untill i fix the infamous module installation problem, also ugraded Perl to 5.12.3 and will keep upgrading some other stuffs SLOWLY. The next release will be in 3 or 4 days, oh i'm working on kde4 again, will try to compile 4.5 and 4.6 if everything goes fine i will upload a .sfs OR .txz package (yeah i went pretentious FULL FORCE).
That's all for now

Some frankenpup stuff
Ok quick explanation i missed:
>To install a slackware 13.37 package you MUST download the package, after that just click on it.
>To uninstall go to /var/log/packages find the package you wanna uninstall and type "removepkg package-name.x.x.x" on a terminal (without the "") or you can set a run action it's faster.
That's all

-firefox 3.6.10
-no office software yet =P (i'm still stripping down Open office)
-removed a lot of apps (abiword, gnumeric, osmo, attym, gftp, and some others i will upload the list later)
-The run action for the txz packages is linked to my TXZinstaller script so you can install them with 1 click =)
-dbus-uuidgen on starup (to prevent dbus to FAIL hard)
-dbus-daemon on starup (for obvius reasons)
-on shutdown a script cleans the /var/run/dbus/ folder (to prevent starup FAIL)
Slackware packages used so far:
>cxxlibs-6.0.13-i486-2 (MAIN)
>dbus-1.2.24-i486-2 (MAIN)
>dbus-glib-0.86-i486-3 (MAIN)
>gcc-4.4.4-i486-1 (devx_8.sfs)

>glibc-2.11.1-i486-3 (MAIN) [testing]
>gmp-5.0.1-i486-1 (devx_8.sfs)
>python-2.6.2-i486-3 (MAIN)(will upgrade it to 2.7)
Software from WARY:
-pmusic
-mplayer
-geany
-mp
-calcs
and all the common puppy apps (i'm deleting a lot of them)
screens:
That's all so far, it's the first build i made using WARY(Quirky family) so i'm going slow because i don't wanna fuck the whole system.
